I didn’t think it could much better than last year’s Thanksgiving celebration, but it can…and it was. I think it’s safe to say that everyone really stepped up their culinary game this year. Cheers to amazing food, friends and our lovely hosts this year – the Tomofields. Happy Thanksgiving to all of our friends and family back home. We miss you very much, but we feel very lucky that we’ve met such an amazing group of folks to celebrate with in Aus.
McKay and I were in charge of the Turkey, the Ham, Pecan Pie and dinner rolls. We hit up our favourite neighbourhood butcher, Hudson Meats, for the turkey and the ham which turned out delicious. I followed two awesome recipes for my pecan pie and my dinner rolls.
